We collect only what we need to fulfil your order.
What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, delivery address and any delivery instructions you give us.
How we use it
Your details are used only to confirm your order, agree the delivery fee, dispatch your piece and reach you about that order. We don't sell or rent your information.
Who can see it
Order details are visible to the PICK'D store owner and shared with the courier handling your delivery. Public order lookups show only your order reference, items and status — never your personal contact details.
Retention
Order records are kept for our own bookkeeping. You can ask us to remove your contact details at any time by messaging us with your order reference.
